We ship all our products through FedEx. This means your product will usually be delivered within the continental United States within 1 to 7 business days. We have both FedEx 2nd Day Priority and FedEx Overnight shipping options available for expedited service. Please watch our News Blog for future shipping updates.
Shipping charges are based off of a combination of product weight and packaging box dimensions. These charges are automatically factored into your cart total upon a product purchase. If you have any questions, please send us a email or give us a call and we will be happy to accommodate you!
Please Note: FedEx delivery times are supplied by FedEx, and there is always a possibility for adverse weather conditions causing delays. Please check FedEx’s website for updates.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed.
